A Community Built to Equip, Educate & Empower Youth and Families

Serving Greater Austin with year-round programs, Game Changers Field of Dreams is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit breaking down financial and systemic barriers so every child can access sports, education, enrichment, leadership, mental health, and family development citywide. Through scholarships, community partnerships, and volunteer-driven initiatives, we ensure no child or family is left on the sidelines.

We are founders, partners, volunteers, and sponsors united by a shared mission: transforming lives through access, inclusion, and opportunity. We partner with businesses, organizations, universities, and community leaders to create sustainable programs, scholarships, and resources that extend far beyond the field and the athlete.

Our impact goes beyond athletics. We design pathways for children and families through six core programs beyond Sports, Mental Health & Grief Support, Leadership & Workforce Training, Academic & College Readiness, Homeschool Enrichment, and Child Development Education. From early childhood to career, we support families.

Girls flag football has become a recognized sport at the high school and collegiate levels with scholarship opportunities for female athletes. Girls are changing the game, by getting involved in the sport early on, they can develop important life skills such as decision-making, problem-solving and strong communication.
